Day 1: Hanoi - Cuc Phuong
From Hanoi, we drive for two hours to Van Long Nature Reserve. Here we have an one-hour rowing boat trip. We continue for another half an hour to Cuc Phuong, once we have settled into our rooms we will visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Center, Turtle Conversation Centre and learn a little about the conversation works that are being done at this well protected National Park. An optional walk in the botanical garden before dinner.
Dinner at Headquarter (at 6h:00 or 6h:30)
Evening: In the evening you, the national park' guide will enter the pitch dark forest and using a spotting lamp, go and search of the forest numerous nocturnal creatures, which include civets, owls, flying squirrels, lorises, bats and cats..

Day 2: Cuc Phuong - Hanoi
After the sounds of the jungle have lulled you to sleep, you will awake refreshed.
After breakfast, leave from headquarter of the national park to the starting point. In the primary forest you will trek for 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours, passing limestone slopes and trees over a millennia old. The destination is an ancient tree in the hope of seeing Cuc Phuong mascot and one of the rarest primates on the planet, the Delacour langur. We then are transferred back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at around 06 00 pm. Tour ends. (Breakfast, lunch)
